Current collection - in progress

There are a few new pieces I have been working on with similar themes lately. I hinted on Instagram a while back that there is an interesting inspiration behind these.

The collection is called, Head in the Clouds Toes in the Water.

It's a little about transformations. Cycles of who we are. Like clouds and waves are actually both forms of water, so too as we grow and change we take on different forms. Both are ever changing .

And… a little about my dreams and nightmares. I often fly in my dreams. Soaring high above earth or other weird scenes.

But recurring nightmare since childhood is a tidal wave, huge and high overtaking me. Me swimming in the deep and struggling. Most often I reach the top or wake up happy to be just in my bed.

I see thee paintings as an alchemy of these dreams. Refining "good and bad" into just beauty. I hope you enjoy them!

One is currently posted and sold very quickly. I created a sister painting to it also. The others will be on display at my next show here in Portland begining 7/12/26 at Madronna Hill. Then any that remain after the show will be put on my website.

Of course there are more to come.... as always.
